Returns & Exchanges Policy
At BA Kids, we offer two types of products — apparel and TCG items — and each has its own return rules based on how the products are made and handled. Here’s everything you need to know:
Apparel
All of our apparel items are custom and made-to-order, which means each piece is created just for your order — unlike the Hyper Potions at your local Poké Mart.
Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
However, if your custom gear arrives with:

embroidery defects
-
misprints
-
visible damage
-
or if the item you received is not the correct size compared to what you ordered
…then consider us your trusty Pokémon Center — we’ll heal it right up!

TCG Products (Sealed Trading Card Items)
Hey there, fellow collector!
We know sealed TCG product is like a mystery box full of potential shinies, alternate arts, and heartbreak. And just like a mystery box… once it’s opened, there’s no going back. 😉
For that reason, we cannot accept returns on TCG products, whether sealed or opened.
But don’t worry — we’re not just here to catch ’em all, we’re here to make sure you’re happy with your haul too.
If your TCG order arrives damaged or not as described, we’ll absolutely make it right.
