Do you accept returns on TCG products?

Sorry, Trainer — no returns on TCG items. Sealed product is just like a mystery pack: once it’s opened, the adventure begins and there’s no going back!

But if your order arrives damaged or isn’t as described, we’ll absolutely help make it right. Just reach out to info@bakids.com and we’ll jump in to Tag Team the issue with you.

What about returns or exchanges on apparel?

All apparel items are made-to-order and custom embroidered/printed, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or preference.

But if there’s a quality issue with the garment, print, or embroidery, we’ll happily investigate and replace it faster than a Quick Attack.

Can I return apparel if I simply ordered the wrong size?

Unfortunately not — since each piece is created especially for your order, we can’t return it to inventory. Double-check that size chart before catching your perfect fit!

Do you ship TCG products to the U.S.?

Not at this time — tariffs currently make cross-border TCG shipping unfeasible. We’re continuing to monitor the situation like a Pokédex scanning for updates.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay & Apple Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted to protect your information.
