Order Processing Times
We offer two types of products, and each ships on its own timeline:
Apparel (Made-to-Order – Currently Ships From the US)
All apparel items are made-to-order and fulfilled through our US production partner.
This change was driven by 2025 duty and tariff adjustments, which had a major impact on our ability to ship our products into the US.
We want to be upfront:
These circumstances are not ideal, especially considering we are a proudly Canadian-found business and want to make our products available at a fair price point.
Our long-term goal is to transition parts of our apparel production back into Canada so we can offer faster, more affordable domestic shipping. Until then, thank you for bearing with us while we navigate an industry landscape that changed at Mach Punch speeds.

Trading Card Game (TCG) Products
TCG items are fulfilled directly within Canada.

At this time, we cannot ship TCG products to the United States due to tariff restrictions.
TCG products will always ship separately from apparel orders.
If you order apparel + TCG together, you will receive two shipments — each with its own tracking number.

Tracking Information
All orders include tracking.
Apparel and TCG shipments will have separate tracking numbers.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Apparel
Canadian and all other destinations outside the US may incur duties or taxes depending on your region.
Customers are responsible for any import fees charged by their country. As part of our check-out process, applicable duties will reflect when picking the corresponding shipping service level.
TCG Products
Shipped from Canada — no duties for Canadian customers.
Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages
If a package is delayed, stuck in transit, or missing, contact us at info@bakids.com we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
